We are now hiring experienced, Rehab employee to work within our skilled nursing facility as part of our Rehabilitative Department: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
The therapist will provided therapeutic services as needed by our patients in addition to the following:
- Plan, develop, organize and implement direct therapy in accordance with current rules regulations and guidelines that govern long term care facilities.
- Participate in discharge planning, implementation and development of residence care plans, and residence assessments.
- Helps educate family and staff to optimize patient outcomes and safety.

Requirements:
- Associates degree required
- FL license in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Great clinical, personal, documentation and implementation skills
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
- This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
