Duties
- Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries using Call managment sytem FIeld Service (FSL)
- Utilize GPS and other various tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee fleet management activities by coordinating vehicle dispatches, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies or delays and implement improvements for streamlined logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with dispatching within AAA roadside environment
- Bilingual skills are required
- Strong familiarity with transportation management systems such as FSL
- Knowledge of GPS technology,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate routing efficiencies and improve overall transportation planning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
