NuSelf Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing team. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our clinic expands.
As we prepare to open to the public, we are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and detail-oriented RN who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, longevity, and delivering an exceptional and elevated patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans
- Provide IV hydration
- Perform blood draws for aesthetic treatments, including PRP, and assist with lab collection as our longevity services expand
- Educate patients on treatments, expected outcomes, pre- and post-care, and recommended maintenance
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
- Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and injectable inventory
- Build strong patient relationships and provide a high-touch, professional experience
- Collaborate closely with providers, the aesthetics/longevity team, and management
- Support the continued growth of NuSelf by appropriately educating patients on additional services and treatment options
Qualifications:
- Current and active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injecting experience required
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar aesthetic setting
- Experience with IV therapy, venipuncture/blood draws, and PRP
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic treatment planning
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
- Professional and dependable, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to an uplifting, collaborative, and growing team environment
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
