Position Summary
This position is a Field Supervisor role focusing on leading a team of Laborers and CDL Drivers in the field to ensure safety protocols are being followed until the job is completed. Our ideal candidate will have experience in environmental clean up or the railroad industry. We are a Hazmat company so experience and knowledge of chemicals and proper disposal of chemicals and safety protocols is also beneficial but not required.
- Lead a team of technicians/laborers and CDL Drivers by providing guidance on operational tasks, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all project related tasks are completed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and daily record keeping assignments and submit daily.
- Acquire and maintain fitness for duty status, including passing annual physical exam and participating in job-specific medical monitoring and the random drug screening program.
- Be prepared to travel extensively on short notice and for long periods of time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, work environment.
- On Call availability for scheduled rotation and emergencies
- Confined Space Entry and Rescue jobs.
- Industrial Cleaning such as vac operations, pressure washing, ice blasting, and sand blasting.
- Identify, remove, pack, transport, or dispose of hazardous materials, waste oil, fuel, transmission fluid, or contaminated soil.
- Operate machines or equipment during environmental remediations.
- Ability to read and understand OSHA safety regulations and perform all tasks safely.
- Maintain up to date training and education per company policy
- Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating waste disposal methods.
- Physical Activity including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pound.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Driver’s license or Commercial Drivers license Class A or B
- Supervisor experience required, expereience in environmental work preferred
- Must pass drug and alcohol test, physical, background check and driving record check.
- The ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
