A leading national facility services company is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Janitorial Assistant Manager for a prominent retail facility in Baton Rouge, LA. Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Mix shift
- Days: Weekend availability is required
- Work days: Saturday-Wednesday
- Off days: Thursday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Supervise: Oversee a cleaning crew of 5 or more employees.
- Hands-on Training: Train new hires on proper cleaning methods and company protocols.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the retail facility is exceptionally clean and detail-oriented.
- Equipment Mastery: Safely operate and guide staff on various janitorial equipment.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment and maintain clear communication.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in professional janitorial services.
- Leadership: Proven experience supervising teams of 5+ people.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of janitorial equipment and modern cleaning methods.
