Job Requirements:
HHA/CNA Requirements:
1. (MANDATORY) Florida CNA/LPN License or HHA/Nursing Assistant Certification (Must have 40+ Hours Completed on HHA/Nursing Assistant Certificate*)
2. (MANDATORY) OSHA/ Infection Control Certification/ BBP *(Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
3. (MANDATORY)HIV/AIDS Certification (Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
4. (MANDATORY)Domestic Violence/Elder Abuse Certification (Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
5. (MANDATORY)Self Administration Medication Certification(2+ Hours) (Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
6. (MANDATORY)Alzheimer/Dementia Certification (Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
7. (MANDATORY)CPR Certification
8. (MANDATORY)TB Test (Within 4 Years of Completion Date)/Physical Test Results(Within 1 Year of Completion Date)
9. (MANDATORY)HIPAA Certification (Within 2 Years of Completion Date)
10. Car Insurance Copy
