About the Role
Calling All Passionate Individuals: Become a Pre-K Teacher! Are you eager to make a difference in the lives of young children? Primrose School of Four Points wants YOU to join our team as a Pre-K Teacher — no nights, no weekends!
As a Pre-K Teacher, you'll work alongside another teacher to create a joyful, nurturing classroom for our pre-kindergarten students. Our exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum is delivered through an easy-to-follow digital platform, so you can focus on the children in your care rather than lesson planning. Welcome to... Responsibilities
- Work with another teacher in maintaining a nurturing, safe, and stimulating pre-k classroom
- Help implement lesson plans and daily activities (curriculum provided — no planning required)
- Assist with classroom routines: meals, rest time, hygiene, and transitions
- Supervise children to ensure a safe learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Provide coverage support during breaks, transitions, or as needed across classrooms
- Participate in ongoing professional development to build your early childhood skills
Qualifications
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience and reliability in a fast-paced classroom environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and actively engage with children (sitting, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years experience in early childhood education preferred
- Training provided
