Opportunity Summary
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for our client in San Clemente, CA — a leading medical technology company developing innovative glaucoma treatments used by patients worldwide. Responsibilities
*
Prepare components and assemble products in a cleanroom environment
*
Formulate bulk drugs and assist with filling, capping, and crimping processes
*
Package and label finished product according to written specifications
*
Conduct sampling and visual inspections to verify product quality
*
Document production activities and enter data into MRP, BRs, and DHR systems
*
Track equipment preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and maintain compliance records
*
Follow all cleanroom protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
Required:
*
0–3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
*
High school diploma
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
*
Ability to follow strict protocols and quality control procedures
Preferred:
*
Experience working in cleanroom environments
*
Familiarity with MRP, batch records (BRs), or DHR documentation systems
