Ceramic Decal Fulfillment & Office Assistant
We are a growing ceramic decal company looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
This is a hands-on position focused primarily on packing and shipping online orders, building boxes, inventory, and light office duties. This is an active position where you will be on your feet and moving throughout most of the day.
We work in a small, close-knit environment, so it is important that you enjoy working with others and are comfortable working in a relatively small space with coworkers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders
- Carefully checking orders for accuracy before they are shipped
- Building boxes and preparing packages for shipment
- Organizing and maintaining product inventory
- Assisting with inventory counts and restocking
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Performing light office and administrative duties
- Using a computer to process orders and complete basic office tasks
- Helping with general day-to-day tasks as needed to keep our operation running smoothly

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position rather than a desk job. You should be comfortable:
- Being on your feet for many hours at a time
- Walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workday
- Repeatedly lifting and carrying boxes and inventory
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- Packing and preparing orders for extended periods of time
Preferred Experience
- Shopify experience
- Excel or spreadsheet experience
- Previous experience with online order fulfillment
- Packing and shipping experience
- Inventory experience
- Experience working in a small business environment
- Experience with ceramics or pottery is a plus, but is not required

Schedule & Compensation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour with reevaluation after 90 days.
Schedule:
- Monday and Thursday, approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Hours may vary slightly depending on order volume
- Additional days may occasionally be available during particularly busy periods
