Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Remodeler who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys a wide variety of residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and general home renovations.
- Frame walls, install doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry.
- Install flooring including LVP, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
- Hang, tape, mud, texture, and repair drywall.
- Paint and finish interior and exterior surfaces.
- Complete basic plumbing work including replacing fixtures, installing vanities, toilets, faucets, and drain connections.
- Complete basic electrical work including outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and bathroom exhaust fans.
- Read plans, drawings, and work orders.
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Ensure work meets local building codes and company quality standards.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong finish carpentry skills.
- Experience with tile installation and flooring.
- Working knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work on ladders.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check.

Pay: $26.16 - $35.00 per hour
