Toska Spa is seeking a highly skilled, polished, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team in Charlotte.
We are looking for an esthetician who is passionate about skin, committed to continued education, and able to deliver an exceptional level of personalized service. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a luxury skincare environment and work with advanced treatments, European skincare, and a highly customized approach to each client.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments based on each client’s skin condition, concerns, and goals.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and provide thoughtful treatment and homecare recommendations.
- Deliver a consistently elevated client experience from consultation through post-treatment care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client notes and treatment records.
- Educate clients on professional skincare products and appropriate homecare routines.
- Recommend retail products and future treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Maintain treatment rooms according to Toska Spa cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards.
- Follow all state board sanitation requirements and spa protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Participate in ongoing education, product training, and hands-on treatment training.
- Work collaboratively with management, front desk, and other estheticians to create a seamless client experience.
- Support spa events, promotions, and other initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is professional, confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about skincare. They should be comfortable working in a high-touch luxury environment where personalized service, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.
Candidates should have:
- A current North Carolina Esthetician License in good standing.
- Professional esthetics experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, ingredients, and professional skincare.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- A strong interest in advanced skincare and continued education.
- Ability to confidently recommend professional treatments and homecare products without creating a high-pressure sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preferred Experience
Experience with luxury or medical-grade skincare, advanced facial modalities, or European skincare brands is preferred but not required. Experience with brands such as Biologique Recherche, Valmont, Environ, Auteur, or 111SKIN is a plus.
