Pay Range: $53,500 – $75,577 / year (Commensurate with experience and licensure)
- Dependently Licensed (LSW / LPC): $53,500 – $65,216
- Independently Licensed (LISW / LPCC): $62,000 – $75,577

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Counselors and Social Workers to deliver time-effective psychotherapy, assessment, and support services to children, adolescents, and their families in a culturally diverse community setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Services: Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual/group therapy, crisis intervention, and family counseling using evidence-based modalities.
- Care Coordination: Formulate individual service plans and collaborate with community agencies, schools, and internal teams.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, treatment plans, and intake notes.
- Community Engagement: Provide phone screening/triage, outreach, and mental health education to local groups and organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: A master’s degree in a mental health related field with any of the following licenses is required: LSW or LPC; LISW, LPCC is preferred
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community/home visits; flexibility for occasional evening sessions.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities, clear documentation skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Experience: assessment, crisis intervention, conducting long and short-term therapy with children and adolescents, or other experience in the treatment of mental health/chemical abuse is preferred.
Pay: $53,500.00 - $75,577.00 per year
