Become a registered apprentice! We are currently looking to hire an apprentice to learn our trade to develop long term, stable employment. We are seeking ambitious, safety conscious and reliable team members. Our company is seeking a new team member to help with geothermal and water well drilling operations. Duties may include; assisting with the operation of drilling equipment, installing well components, installing geothermal heat exchangers and other miscellaneous shop work. These are full time, year round positions with benefits. Advancement is highly encouraged and available.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Pay rate increase upon acquisition of CDL license.
- CDL financial assistance program available.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Work overtime when necessary. Occasional out of town work.
- Being mechanically inclined and familiar with hand tools is a plus.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
