Position: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist - Assisted Living (Minnesota)
Responsibilities:

Billing for Assisted Living Facilities in Minnesota

Manages multiple facilities and multiple payers
-
Posts cash
-
Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.

Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds.

Enters and maintains additional individual resident ancillary charges/services provided.

Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.

Attends AR meetings and triple-checks.

Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records, and restricted information.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of recent billing experience specifically for Minnesota Assisted Living communities.

Experience needs to be in Minnesota Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Programs.

Proficient in PCC
-
Ability to post cash in PCC
-
PCC Trust experience
-
Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC.

Experience in Inovalon is preferred.

Managed Medicaid portals and their navigation.
