We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional tenant experiences, maintaining property standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, leasing, and customer service, with a passion for creating vibrant, well-managed communities. You will oversee leasing activities, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate leasing processes using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; conduct property tours and upsell available units to prospective tenants.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Experience:
