Job Overview
Phonomenal is looking for energetic and hardworking servers to join our team in Ashburn. Server are responsible for creating welcoming dining experience, taking accurate orders, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area in a fast paced restaurant environment.
We are looking for team players with communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to multitask during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guest with friendly hospitality
- Take food and drinks orders accurately
- Understand menu items, specials, and drinks offerings
- Deliver food, boba drinks, and other beverages promptly
- Check on guest throughout service
- Process payment and handle POS transactions
- Mantain cleanliness of dining areas and server station
- Assist with side work, restocking, and opening/ closing duties
- Work closely with kitchen and boba bar team to ensure accurate orders
- Maintain a good appearance and positive attitude during busy hours
Requirements
- Restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Must be at least 17 years old
Preferred Qualities
- Experience with Toast POS is a PLUS
- Bilingual(Vietnamese) is a PLUS
- Comfortable handling high volume dine in and take out orders
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates
Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
