Prosper Therapy Services is a locally owned, therapist-led pediatric therapy practice serving families throughout North Georgia. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and motivated Part-Time Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This position has the ability to grow into a full time position if desired.
This position focuses on providing speech and language services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) through in-home visits and daycare settings. Position Overview
As an Early Intervention SLP, you will provide individualized speech-language services in children's natural environments, partnering closely with families and caregivers to support communication development through everyday routines and play.
This position offers a flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for growth as our Early Intervention program continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for infants and toddlers.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental needs.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy in homes and daycare settings.
- Coach and educate parents and caregivers to support communication throughout daily routines.
- Monitor progress and update goals as children develop.
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, service coordinators, physicians, and other professionals.
- Independently manage and organize a travel-based caseload.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Preferred Clinical Experience
Experience treating children with:
- Speech and language delays
- Late talkers
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Childhood Apraxia of Speech
- Oral motor and feeding disorders
- Receptive and expressive language disorders
- Developmental delays
- Down syndrome
- Cerebral palsy
- Social communication disorders
Early Intervention experience is preferred but not required. New graduates with strong pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license (or license eligible)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF applicants may be considered depending on experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Passion for family-centered, relationship-based pediatric care
