We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging web and mobile applications that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve user experiences.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience designing SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Experience with Design Systems and Agile methodologies.
Pay: $88,020.05 - $106,002.65 per year
