Job Posting: PROGRAM MANAGER
IONIC DIGITAL, a digital infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of data center development projects. This
role will work closely with the Site Development Manager to oversee project administration,
manage timelines, track development activities, and support budgeting and cost review
processes across multiple initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in data center construction or infrastructure development,
strong project coordination skills, and proficiency with project management platforms such as
Procore or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across data center development projects to ensure
schedules, deliverables, and milestones are achieved
- Support project administration functions including documentation management,
reporting, meeting coordination, and tracking action items
- Manage and maintain development timelines, schedules, and project workflows
- Assist with preliminary budgeting, cost administration, and review of project expenses
and forecasts
- Track and manage data center development assets, documentation, and project records
- Collaborate closely with the Site Development Manager, contractors, consultants,
vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize Procore or other project management systems to maintain project visibility and
reporting accuracy
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, or coordination issues impacting
development schedules
- Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership and project
stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation and processes are organized, accurate, and compliant
with company standards

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project
Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, construction
management, or infrastructure development
- Prior experience supporting data center development, mission critical infrastructure, or
large-scale construction projects strongly preferred
- Experience with Procore or comparable project management software required
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and development coordination
processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project scheduling tools
