About the Role
As a Tool and Die Maker, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the precision and longevity of our production tooling. By leveraging your expertise in machining and die maintenance, you will directly impact our manufacturing output and quality consistency.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and execute complex repairs on dies, punches, and fixtures to minimize production downtime.

Operate manual and CNC machine tools, including mills, lathes, and grinders, to fabricate high-precision components.

Design and develop custom tooling solutions to support the launch of new product lines.

Perform rigorous inspections and measurements to determine the most efficient repair methodologies.

Maintain a high standard of operational safety by strictly adhering to OSHA and internal facility protocols.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance and extend the lifecycle of manufacturing assets.
Qualifications-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a machining or tool and die environment.

Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical schematics.

Demonstrated experience working specifically with draw dies.

Strong mathematical aptitude for shop-floor computations and precision measurements.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment to meet production goals.

Technical diploma or specialized certification in machining or toolmaking.

Working knowledge of CNC programming and advanced machine operation.

Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of stamping press equipment.
