About the Role
As a Tool and Die Maker, you will play a critical role in maintaining the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and fabrication of complex tooling, ensuring that our production lines maintain high standards of quality and output.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and execute repairs on dies, punches, and fixtures to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.

Operate manual and CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to fabricate custom tooling components.

Design and build specialized fixtures and tooling to support new product development and process improvements.

Perform detailed inspections and measurements to determine the most effective repair methods for worn or damaged components.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in full compliance with all OSHA and internal safety regulations.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot stamping press issues and optimize tool performance.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a machining or tool and die environment.

Proven expertise in working with draw dies and complex metal stamping tooling.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.

Strong mathematical aptitude for precise shop computations and measurements.

Demonstrated ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Technical Diploma or specialized certification in Machining or Tool & Die.

Working knowledge of CNC programming, operation, and machine repair.

Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or stamping environment.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
