MTR Auto Service is seeking a driven and professional Service Advisor / Shop Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations.
This is not a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the front of the shop, communicate effectively with customers, manage workflow, and drive revenue through strong sales and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and convert them into scheduled appointments
- Build estimates and present repair recommendations to customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the repair process
- Manage workflow and coordinate with technicians
- Follow up on pending jobs and approvals
- Ensure jobs move efficiently from start to completion
- Maintain organization and structure within the shop
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience or ability to confidently present and close work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Compensation & Growth
- Base hourly pay: $20–$24/hour
