JT’s is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. We are an upscale Italian restaurant known for warm hospitality, polished service, handcrafted cocktails, a strong wine program, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in their craft, and understands how to create a memorable guest experience from the first greeting to the final drink.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining setting
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and Italian aperitifs
A warm, confident, and professional presence behind the bar
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to stay organized and composed during high-volume service
A team-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail
Provide exceptional hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Support servers and work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service
Uphold JT’s standards for professionalism, product knowledge, and guest experience
