What You'll Do
Cultivate your green career with us!
- Lead and assist with landscape construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan
- Learn the proper way to manage and work alongside a crew of up to four team members
- Maintain open communication with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and crew members
- Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
- Operate, maintain, and transport landscape equipment safely and professionally
- Assist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including snow removal, equipment operation, and winter property services
What We're Seeking
- Experience in landscape construction or related fields
- Experience reading construction plans
- Experience reading planting plans and basic plant identification
- Commercial Driver's License (Class A) preferred but not required
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and related equipment
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership mindset
- Love of working outdoors
- Ability to complete Cherry Hill Outdoor Landscape Academy online training
