*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Assist in managing reservations and waitlists - Provide guests with menus and relay any specials or promotions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Support other staff members as needed to provide excellent service *Experience* - Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members - Knowledge of food service industry practices is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous - Strong guest relations skills and the ability to handle various situations with tact - Proficient in phone etiquette and reservation management - Previous experience working in a restaurant environment is beneficial Join our team as a Host/Host to showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
