Are you a motorcycle enthusiast with a knack for connecting with people? Do you believe that a Harley-Davidson isn't just a bike, but a lifestyle? Riding High Harley-Davidson is looking for a high-energy, motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our crew.
We don’t just sell motorcycles; we fulfill dreams of personal freedom. If you’re ready to trade a boring office job for the roar of a V-Twin engine, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the dealership. You’ll guide customers through the iconic Harley-Davidson lineup, helping them find the perfect ride that matches their personality and riding style.
What You’ll Do:
- Create the Experience: Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and share your passion for the brand.
- Consult & Close: Use a consultative sales process to understand customer needs, present options, and close the deal.
- Manage the Pipeline: Follow up with leads, manage your CRM, and build long-term relationships with the local riding community.
- Stay Sharp: Keep up-to-date on the latest H-D models, features, and financing options.
- Team Play: Work closely with the Parts, Service, and MotorClothes departments to ensure a seamless "kick-off" for every new owner.
What You Bring to the Table
- Passion: You love motorcycles (Harleys in particular) and understand the culture.
- Drive: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Communication: You can talk to anyone, from a first-time rider to a seasoned road captain.
- Professionalism: You’re organized, reliable, and represent the brand with pride.
- Requirements:
- Previous sales experience.
- A valid motorcycle endorsement (or the willingness to get one immediately).
- Ability to work Saturdays (our busiest and most fun day!).
Why Riding High?
- Competitive Pay: Commission based with a Guarantee. Income potential limited only by your ability.
- Training: Access to Harley-Davidson University and on-the-job mentorship.
- The Perks: Employee discounts on parts and gear, plus the best "office view" in town.
- The Culture: We work hard, but we ride harder. Join a team that feels like a family.
