Full-Time School Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with student IEPs and district guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services to students.
- Analyze assessment results and communicate recommendations to parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Work closely with educators, families, and related service providers to support student achievement.

Qualifications
- Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Pennsylvania clearances or willingness to obtain them
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children succeed
