Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Crew Chief, where you'll lead and coordinate cleaning, restoration, and sanitation projects to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. This vital role combines hands-on cleaning expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency. As a Crew Chief, you'll motivate and supervise a team of technicians, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with clients to exceed expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming distressed spaces into safe, clean, and welcoming environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of restoration technicians during cleaning and restoration projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Coordinate daily job assignments, monitor progress, and adjust workflows to meet project deadlines
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including industrial cleaning, sanitation, janitorial services, and specialized restoration procedures
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices to protect team members and clients
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, including laundry and hotel/hospitality-related cleaning tasks when necessary
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Skills
- Proven management experience in commercial construction or cleaning services industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial work or hospitality housekeeping management
- Strong staff supervision skills with previous supervising or team management experience
- Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation, cleaning & sanitation management, and workplace safety protocols
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with janitorial practices, laundry services, hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $57,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
