E & E Painting Inc is hiring an experienced Working Painting Foreman to lead crews of typically four to six painters on residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California.
This is not simply a senior-painter position. We need a proven field leader who can organize a crew, establish daily expectations, hold employees accountable, inspect workmanship, communicate with the office, and keep projects moving without constant owner supervision.
The right person is direct, composed, knowledgeable, and willing to address performance problems immediately and professionally. This foreman will work alongside the crew when needed while remaining responsible for the crew’s productivity, quality, safety, and conduct.
