Three Mad Poppers is a family owned gourmet popcorn business. All of our popcorn is handmade and packaged in small batches using the highest quality ingredients.
Three Mad Poppers was established in 2011 as a small food truck and event stand. The original owners attended many small events, festivals and farmers markets throughout the summer months and even wholesaled popcorn to small local boutiques.
In 2018, the Price Family purchased Three Mad Poppers and continued attending small events, festivals and craft fairs. By early 2019, The Price’s embarked on a journey to open a retail storefront in Bloomington, MN. After 3 short years in Bloomington, we outgrew our tiny little space and were pushed to find a larger footprint. In early 2022, we closed our Bloomington storefront and moved operations west into a larger and more suitable production facility located in New Germany, MN.
The Price Family has lofty goals for Three Mad Poppers over the next few years and is continuously looking to expand throughout the region.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The wedding coordinator is responsible for developing Three Mad Poppers product sales and account relationships in the wedding market. This position is field-based, and works in coordination with Three Mad Poppers management to achieve ongoing sales and distribution targets aligned to the annual business plan. This position is 100% commission based.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTCOMES:
- Build strong working relationships at the account level that lead to increased distribution, sales volume, and customer engagement on targeted accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual distribution and sales goals.
- Consistently communicate in both verbal and written form, or as needed, for external parties, including at the account and distributor level.
- Participate in regularly scheduled, and targeted popcorn tastings and collaborations with our customers and partners.
- Periodically work special events that are associated with the popcorn company outside of normal day-to-day responsibilities.
- Ensure the execution of all Three Mad Popper Brand Standards in the market and properly address improvements or necessary support.
- Represent Three Mad Poppers with a high degree of professionalism and expertise in all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience within the wedd industry strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the wedding industry or consumer product goods industry and a passion for building a strong and loyal customer base.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective and high-energy public speaking and presentation experience.
- Able to identify, evaluate and act on new sales opportunities in the market.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours. Some evening and weekend work is required.
- Minimal overnight travel required, which will be scheduled and communicated in advance.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, emergent needs, and multiple important issues concurrently.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with co-workers, staff, the greater sales and marketing team, other company employees, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, end consumers and outside organizations.
- Must be able to travel within the assigned sales territory, as well as have the ability to attend onsite meetings and events.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record are required.
- Able to perform administrative functions using applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit or stand for the length of a workday and/or prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to push, pull, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds safely above waist-level.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
