HOTWORX Omaha is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to join our team! This is a sales-focused role for someone who loves connecting with people, creating a great experience, and helping grow our studio.
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members

Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotions

Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails

Build relationships with members and provide an exceptional experience

Help create engaging social media content

Support community outreach and studio events

Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

Assist with daily studio operations

Outgoing, positive, and confident

Passionate about fitness and wellness

Motivated by goals and comfortable with sales

Available for evenings and weekends
Sales, retail, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right personality!
Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
This is a part-time position. Evening and weekend availability is required.
