What You’ll Do

Help manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store functions

Supervise employees, assign tasks, and support team performance

Assist with inventory control, stocking, and merchandising

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Support store opening and closing procedures

Monitor compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations

Assist with cash handling, register operations, and reconciliations

Help train and develop new team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
What We’re Looking For

Experience in grocery, retail, or department management preferred

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and inventory control

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using technology for reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking

Detail-oriented with the ability to enforce store policies and procedures

Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
