1. Cashier
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently
- Ensure the counter area is clean and organized
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
- Assist with packaging take-out orders
2. Line Service (Front Counter Staff)
- Prepare poke bowls according to customer preferences and store recipes
- Make bubble tea drinks, including brewing tea, cooking tapioca pearls, and mixing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation area
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours
