About the Role:
Resin Rock LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can manage a wide range of tasks from handling daily correspondence and travel arrangements to assisting with multiple business ventures and social media management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, respond to messages, and maintain communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations across multiple companies.
- Handle order placements, shipping coordination, and supplier communication.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Occasionally travel with the CEO for meetings, events, or trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and social media platforms.
- Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or marketing/social media management is preferred.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
