Floor Manager – Heather’s Minnetonka
Heather’s Minnetonka is looking for a hands-on, service-driven Floor Manager to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, community-focused restaurant with a strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and high standards.
Position Overview
The Floor Manager is responsible for leading front-of-house service, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming guest experience from open to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support FOH team during service (servers, bartenders, hosts)
- Monitor floor flow, pacing, and guest experience in real time
- Jump in wherever needed—running food, bussing, greeting guests
- Manage sections, staffing levels, and shift transitions
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to service standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling procedures
- Train and mentor new team members

- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- A team-first mentality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
