Paid professional training and certification support are provided, so experience as a swim teacher, aquatics instructor, lifeguard, swim team member, teacher, camp counselor, or customer-service professional is helpful but not required.
What you will do:
- Teach safe, engaging lessons using the SafeSplash curriculum.
- Encourage swimmers, celebrate progress, and communicate with families.
- Keep the pool area safe, organized, welcoming, and fun.
- Work with a supportive team and build skills that can grow into future opportunities.
You will be a great fit if you:

- Are comfortable working in and around the water.
- Can commit to recurring weekday and weekend shifts.
Current core teaching schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM-7:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:30 AM-1:00 PM.
Pay and perks:
- $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
