Young At Heart is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Care Aides, and CNAs to join our team! We are currently hiring for a part-time afternoon position to provide one-on-one care and companionship for a senior in the comfort of their own home located in Riverside, IL.
In this role, you will provide one-on-one support based on the client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
We are currently seeking a dependable caregiver with consistent availability for a weekday afternoon shift Monday-Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one weekend day per month is also required) in Riverside, making this a great opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent part-time schedule.
This part-time schedule offers consistent weekly hours, with opportunities for additional shifts based on caregiver availability, travel radius, and client needs. Additional hours may be provided to caregivers who are available for weekend shifts, split shifts, and/or providing care for additional clients.
Experience providing care for individuals living with dementia or memory loss is strong preferred. We are seeking a patient, compassionate caregiver committed to providing quality care and consistent support to our client.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred- We are willing to train great candidates for those that do not have experience
- Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. availability required
- Experience caring for individuals with dementia or memory loss is strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to travel to the client's home located in Riverside, IL (and possibly surrounding areas)
- Must successfully complete an IDPH criminal background check and fingerprinting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
