Little Grove Erie — Play Space & Snack Bar Associate
Location: Downtown Erie, Colorado Position Type: Part-Time (3 openings) Hours: 12–24 hours/week, in 4-hour shift increments. We welcome candidates who prefer to work as few as 3 days a week, as well as those open to working up to 6 days a week. Compensation: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Little Grove Erie is a locally loved indoor/outdoor children’s play space, coffee bar, and party spot in the heart of downtown Erie. We create a warm, welcoming environment where kids can play, explore, and grow, and where families feel at home. We’re looking for friendly, dependable associates to join our small, hands-on team.
As an Associate, you’ll be a key part of our guest experience — greeting families, managing the front desk, and helping keep our space clean, safe, and fun for children ages 7 and under.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in guests at the front desk
Operating our point-of-sale system (Square) for transactions
Using scheduling/booking software (Sawyer) to manage reservations and events
Supervising and engaging with children in the play space
Preparing and selling coffee/snack bar items
Cleaning and sanitizing toys, equipment, and surfaces throughout the day
Opening and/or closing the play space, including setup and breakdown procedures
Lifting, carrying, and rearranging play equipment and supplies as needed
Supporting private events, including on Sundays
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment at all times
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience working with young children (ages 7 and under) required
Comfortable learning and using a POS system (Square) and scheduling software
(Sawyer)
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods at the front desk
Ability to lift, carry, and move items (play equipment, supplies, etc.)
Comfortable with cleaning and sanitizing duties
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow opening/closing procedures
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
