Legal Intake Specialist / Appointment Setter

In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding conversations with professionalism, compassion, and confidence while helping convert leads into scheduled consultations. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to prospective client inquiries promptly
- Build trust and rapport with callers while gathering key information
- Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the intake process
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately complete intake forms and enter information in real time
- Overcome objections and confidently help prospects move forward
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
- Represent the firm with professionalism, care, and strong customer service
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and type accurately while speaking with clients
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
- Prior experience in sales, intake, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Process-oriented with the ability to follow systems and procedures
- Highly dependable with excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to build rapport and connect with people during difficult situations
Compensation
- $15/hour plus bonus opportunities
- Target earnings between $50,000–$75,000 annually
