Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Forklift Drivers for one of our customers in Howell, MI. across three available shifts: 2nd shift 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 3rd shift, 10 pm to 6 am. Rate of pay is $20.00 hr. These position are contract to hire after 90 days.

In this vital role, you will operate Hi-Lo forklifts to efficiently load, unload, and move materials within our distribution center. These positions are to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of forklift equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after use; perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts and improve overall materials handling processes.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, lifting techniques, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- Proven experience Hi-Lo forklifts, in a warehouse setting mimi,mum 4 years experience
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation and materials handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
