We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. All of our pizzas are homemade and hand tossed. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizza dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every pie
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to meet customer expectations
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Support food service operations by ensuring timely preparation and delivery of orders
Requirements
- Previous experience with stretching pizza dough and cooking pizzas.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
- Strong skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in pizza making
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a passion for delivering exceptional food service
