We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Director of Outpatient Mental Health to lead and oversee our outpatient mental health services.

Job Summary
The Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic. This includes ensuring that employees are performing their functions from a surface level ie; facilitating groups and seeing their individual clients. This can also encompass more mundane activities like ensuring supplies for the facility are reconciled and ordered as needed. This function of the clinic is highly important and a great deal of responsibility.
Duties
- Ensuring clinic is operational on a daily basis
- Informing Executive Director of any issues interrupting services
- Supporting clinical staff in an administrative fashion
- Supporting Client care in an administrative fashion
- Supporting Recovery support staff in an administrative fashion
Program Director Requirements:
- Management experience
- Substance Use Disorder treatment experience of 1-2 Years
- Highly organized.
- Project management experience.
- Highly ethical behavior.
- Effective communicator.
- Motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial practices.
- Public relations and marketing knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree plus at least two years management experience
