What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Greet clients, assess vehicle needs, and recommend appropriate services
- Clearly communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (luxury or European brand experience preferred)
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining trust and transparency
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with dealership software systems and service processes
