This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with customers, thrive in face-to-face environments, and want to build valuable sales and communication skills. As a Sales Associate, you'll represent a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and help drive donations that directly support meaningful programs and initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Associate:
- Represent a nonprofit partner at community events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Engage directly with customers to increase awareness and generate donations
- Explain the nonprofit's mission and impact through professional, sales-focused conversations
- Build positive relationships that strengthen the organization's brand within the community
- Guide customers through the donation process while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Work alongside fellow Sales Associate team members to support campaign goals and fundraising targets
- Maintain a positive brand image during every customer interaction
- Participate in ongoing training designed to help each Sales Associate continue developing professionally
What We're Looking For in a Sales Associate:
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Background in hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, or other customer-facing industries is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Interested in learning sales, communication, and fundraising strategies

Job Details:
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Fully onsite role involving face-to-face interactions with customers throughout the Houston area
- $600 weekly base pay OR 30% uncapped commission on individual funds raised
- Immediate hiring opportunities available!
Pay: $600.00 - $950.00 per week
