Wound Care Representative

We are seeking a licensed Wound Care Representative to serve as a clinical resource and trusted partner to facilities in your territory. As a key member of our team, you will educate staff on best practices in wound care, ensure patients receive the right products at the right time, and expand your territory by building relationships and marketing Curitec's services to new potential partners.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Care Representative (CCR), you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff in long-term care and hospice settings.
Conduct in-services and educational sessions to support product selection and promote best practices in wound care.
Serve as the clinical expert on Curitec's product portfolio, ensuring facilities understand how to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Manage your territory with a balance of clinical service, account development, and business growth.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems for accounts, patients, and billing cycles.
Collaborate closely with your regional team to achieve shared goals and deliver best-in-class service.
Qualifications:
Licensed PTA, RN, LPN, or LVN with 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience.
Strong wound care knowledge, including pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.
Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.
Organized and self-motivated, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of clinical and administrative staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer documentation tools.
