Assisted Living Locators – North Nashville North
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
SCA contributes to the profitability and success of Assisted Living Locators through the ability to build relationships, trust and offer expert advice to our clients regarding long-term care options, maintenance of existing clients and obtaining new clients. SCA enhances the Company’s image in Healthcare, Business and Public. SCA manages individual clients/families requesting assistance locating appropriate long-term care options. SCA will develop and maintain referral sources in clinical and non-clinical settings.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years in Sales/Marketing Experience in the Senior Industry (hospice liaison, case manager or social worker preferred). Excellent organization and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients and referral sources. Weekends and evenings as needed.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform initial client intake including but not limited to; physical, psychosocial, financial and emotional assessments.
- Ability to provide expert opinion on assessment findings regarding optimal long-term care options.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, marketing directors and assisted living facility owner/managers through follow-up phone calls, creative marketing techniques, on-site representation/tours.
- Ability to perform wellness checks/follow-up care on clients post placement with the ability to recognize lack of progress and possible need for intervention and document findings on client database and communicate observation with client’s family.
- Must have a clean driving record and background check.
