As Director / Senior Business Development Manager Cargo Crush US, you will drive the launch and expansion of our Cargo Crush product in the United States. You will be responsible for building market presence, acquiring key customers, and establishing a strong ecosystem of strategic partners. Working closely with Greenplan’s leadership team, you will shape our US go-to-market strategy and play a central role in scaling the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US go-to-market and growth strategy for Cargo Crush.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new customers across logistics, transportation, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from opportunity generation through negotiation and contract closing.
- Engage with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to position and sell the value of Cargo Crush.
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships with freight marketplaces, spot-market platforms, logistics providers, and technology companies.
- Build relationships with consulting firms and industry stakeholders to establish a scalable partner ecosystem.
- Represent Greenplan at key industry events, conferences, and executive meetings across the US.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting
- Strong background in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, freight operations, or network optimization.
- Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, or market expansion in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience building strategic partnerships and business ecosystems in relevant industries.
- Ideally experience with logistics technology, TMS, freight-tech platforms, or SaaS solutions.
- Entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and results-driven mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
