We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and company fleet vehicles. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, workplace safety, and the overall appearance of our facilities and fleet.
$22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Perform oil changes and routine inspections on company vehicles.

Monitor and maintain fluid levels, filters, tires, and general vehicle condition.

Load trucks nightly and strap A-frames securely.

Drive box trucks locally and transfer vehicles between company locations.

Perform light industrial repairs on production equipment.

Operate fabrication machinery as needed to support production.

Execute preventative maintenance tasks per manufacturer recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of tools and work areas.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Track inventory and coordinate tool/supply needs.

Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and perform regular physical tasks including stooping, crouching, standing, walking, and grasping.

Work is performed in a production environment with occasional outdoor exposure.

2-3 years of related experience in industrial or fleet maintenance preferred.
