StretchLab is the industry leader in assisted stretching and flexibility training. Our studios help people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free.
We’re looking for high-energy Sales Associates who love connecting with people and helping them improve their health.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by hitting goals.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage every guest who walks through the door
- Book intro stretch sessions and educate clients on the StretchLab experience
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Convert intro sessions into memberships
- Build relationships with members and local businesses
- Help drive community outreach and grassroots marketing
- Maintain a positive and professional studio environment
What Success Looks Like
- 60+ calls or follow-ups daily
- 10+ intro stretches booked weekly
- Strong membership conversions from intro sessions
- High energy and exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
- Sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
- Comfortable making calls and starting conversations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a busy studio environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Reliable, accountable, and coachable
