B2B Sales Representative – Rox Packaging

About Us
Rox Packaging is a direct manufacturer of custom corrugated packaging, serving businesses with bulk orders (1,000+ units). Unlike brokers, we control production in-house — which means faster turnaround, better pricing, and more reliable service for our clients.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our B2B client base. You'll work with a warm list of existing and past customers as well as new prospects — no cold-start required.
What You'll Do
- Re-engage our existing customer database and reactivate past accounts
- Follow up on inbound quote requests and move them to close
- Build relationships with new B2B prospects in retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing
- Communicate our direct-manufacturer value (pricing, lead times, quality control)
- Track outreach and pipeline activity
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales, customer service, or account management experience (packaging/manufacturing a plus, not required)
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
Compensation
Base pay of $17/hr plus commission on closed sales — strong earning potential for someone who's motivated and consistent.
